About

Lü Peng, born in Chongqing, Sichuan province in 1956, attained a doctoral degree from the China Academy of Art in 2004. I am dedicated to the study of Chinese art history, particularly focusing on the period from the 19th century onwards, with a central emphasis on the 20th century. The triad of writing, critique, and curation methodologies has been integral throughout my entire research trajectory.
