"The Collected Articles of Lü Peng" is personally compiled by me and is part of the "Library of Contemporary Chinese Art Criticism" series. The logical arrangement of the content follows the chronological order of writing for each section. This serves two purposes: first, to facilitate readers in understanding my thoughts and focal points at different times, and second, to maintain a consideration of the complexity and structural aspects of the issues. The book comprehensively gathers prefaces, introductions, and other contributions written and edited by me. The content encompasses various aspects of art, including production, methods, ecology, historical issues, and the relationship between art's survival and the market. Furthermore, the selection of this "Selected Works" itself represents a historical choice. Regardless of whether these articles contain elements of "truth," they are inherently part of history.
