Reflecting on this year's development, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your attention and support. The growth of the website would not have been possible without your engagement and contributions. As an academic platform, the website not only showcases Professor Lü Peng's extensive scholarly achievements but also provides an interactive space for artistic creation, exhibition curation, and academic exchange.
As of now, the website features the following six main sections:
·About: A comprehensive overview of Professor Lü's academic background, research interests, and his influential role in the field of art history.
·Exhibitions: A collection of 29 exhibitions curated by Professor Lü Peng, which include significant art exhibitions in both China and internationally.
·Publications: A display of 74 books published under Professor Lü’s leadership, of which 44 are monographs, contributing significantly to the literature of art history research.
·Collection: This section includes interviews, discussions, lectures, and other content in which Professor Lü Peng has participated. It also features 192 of his personal academic articles, offering insight into his research and reflections.
·Teaching: A record of Professor Lü Peng’s profound contributions to education, including his teachings on both Chinese and Western art history.
·On Artists: A showcase of Professor Lü Peng’s research on 40 contemporary Chinese artists, offering in-depth analysis of their artistic practices and the historical contexts that shape them.
Over the past year, the website’s traffic has steadily increased, with the highest daily visitor count reaching 1,340. Visitors have come from over 50 countries and regions worldwide, reflecting the global reach and influence of Professor Lü Peng's scholarship.
Looking ahead, the website will continue to enrich and expand its content, further enhancing its role in academic and artistic exchange, and fostering more cross-cultural dialogue and collaboration.
